Marshall minor III

My marshall minor III when i listen music like metallica, DIO, MANOWAR, SLAYER, STRYPER, all trash metal band number 1 like marshall the BASS DRUM its so very clear and solid also the cymbals, not like my speaker before LG BOSE SOUND BAR 700 its different, BOSE is good also buti choose MARSHALL if MUSIC TOPIC, 2019 i buy my BOSE but the time no marshall LAUNCHED speaker if the have also Marshall speaker i peak marshall than bose because one of my dream before to have Marshall speaker, but the time marshall amplifier only have. Thanks marshall group and family

Bad fit, bad quality

I was expecting a lot from marshall, the real tuing is it just looks cool, but apart from it there is no benefit of marshall , airpods are 100 times better, i have problem with fit, with connectivity, the original feels like dupe. I dont recommend this at all

Not good connection

The connection is not perfect. Sometimes it interrupts, or you are not able to pause by touching it. Or sometime you can’t start it as it doesn’t “feel” that it is in the ear

Left ear does not work :(

I’ve been a fan of Marshall products and have purchased multiple headsets along with a Marshall speaker, which I absolutely love. The speaker delivers amazing sound quality and has quickly become one of my favorite gadgets. However, I encountered an issue with Minor lll headset I purchased. Unfortunately, the left ear does not work, and I’ve noticed that the battery drains quite quickly as well. Given my positive experiences with Marshall in the past, this is disappointing, and I would not recommend this particular headset based on my experience. I truly trust the Marshall brand and hope to resolve this issue. I would appreciate guidance on how to obtain a refund or a replacement for the faulty headset, especially since I bought for my husbandas a gift. I believe the headset is still in new condition, so I hope the return process can be handled smoothly. I look forward to your response.
