I have been going with marshall for years now. Ever since 2014. I'm very pleased, and their catalog is growing. Looking forward to the years to come.

After Sales Service

Couple months ago I purchased Marshall Headphones specifically Monitor II A. N. C. Everything went well till someday my Monitor II A. N. C going little bit crazy. When I turned the ANC on, the headphones feel windy. Then I try to contact Marshall Support about this issue, the responses was very good and they sent me a brand new headphones while letting me keeping the broken one. I’m so glad that for getting my replacement unit I didn’t have to do so much thing and Marshall take the responsibility for the issue. Thank you so much Marshall, especially Gosia from Marshall Support who help me to resolve this issue.

Authentic sound with poor noise cancellation and few bugs

1. Very authentic sound, however less bass 2. Poor noise cancellation but works for leisure time in workplace 3. Some kind of beeping sound continues during call, very weird and annoying

Still remained the quality

I have been a marshall user for years and it has still the same quality, the material, sound, and even improving. The monitor ii anc is comfortable to the ears even for long use. You can choose to be on ANC mode anytime which it do really cancels the unnecessary background noises but still has the sound quality. Very convenient.
