Bad Experience 😏

Bad experience, I use my headphones infrequently and one of them stopped working and they are practically new

The app on the cell phone is not fully functioning and the headphones do not play on the HP PC.

The first time the app was installed on the Galaxy S20 Android phone, the commands operated normally, but after a few operations, several commands stopped working, even after reinstalling and formatting. On the HP PC the headphones don't work after connecting the bloetooth, without knowing the reason, unlike JBL which accepts and works. So it didn't meet my expectations from the brand since I paid more than other brands I already know, so I don't recommend Marshall headphones.

I absolutely love them

I love this headphones, I’ve been using them for about more then 6 months and I have no complaints at all. Very light and great fit, I barely can feel I wear them. The battery life is extremely good, I’ve used them for almost a day and with just a couple of hours only in the case they are ready to be used again. Fantastic! The sound and ANC are also great. The design is also very nice. Love them. Thank you Marshall!

Factory defect

The quality of sound is good but i don’t know after an hour of using it my left ear bud automatically turns off, and i’ve already tried to reset it but it was the same, just a bet annoying. Hope some one can help me to replaced this cause it was still on waranty

Connectivity issues after less than a year, not worth the cost

I use these pretty regularly, and at first they were excellent. But I've had them since June last year and in the last month on 4 separate occasions have had full days where I haven't been able to use these because they can't connect to my phone via Bluetooth. The app does nothing to help either. Great product but very limited life span. Would not recommend based on the cost and how long they'll be effective for
