I am not a quilt expert, but I do appreciate that there was a lot of stitching detail that shows on the mainly white coverlet that gave it more of a substantial feel. The soft blue accents (love the subtle placement of the pineapples) give it interest without overwhelming the bed. I do wish it came down longer at the foot of the bed because I like to place the main pillows underneath the coverlet with the shams on top.
