We grill a lot of fish in the summer and I wanted a fish basket that would maximize the char on my whole fish--this works great!

Forget "non-stick"

I was excited by the great sale price just before July 4. There may be something that cooks well in this, but we haven't found it. For our first use we cooked 4th of July burgers--so disappointing! Even after oiling the pan, the meat stuck, so our burgers were in pieces, and the meat was impossible to fully clean off. Note this cannot go in the dishwasher, which might have helped on clean up. If I could take it back to get my money back, I would. Why didn't I read review online before I bought? There were none yet.
