EXCELLENT! The food (meats) so evenly and comes out very moist and tender. The best investment for any cooking pots I ever made.
Love it
It's an iron skillet so it's heavy but I love it. The color is just beautiful. My only complaint is I wish it had a matching lid. It's deep great to fry chicken and a really good size.
Pan is too Heavy to Handle.
Food cooks perfectly , the only problem is about cleaning the pan later , as the food sticks to the pan .
Super Skillet
Nice large perfect cast iron skillet. Will last a long time. Great decision ;to buy.....very pleased!
Must have
Cooks perfect ... make sure you follow the instructions on the Q card for a seasoning before use. You only need one skillet is serves the purpose for baking frying sautéing and searing
Fried Chicken
I have been wanting to get this pan to complete my Martha Stewart set for a long time. This pan is huge and very heavy. It says it is 12" but, it is 13 12/" at the widest point. Larger than my largest burner on my glass stove. First thing I thought of was Fried Chicken. It is large enough to cook a whole cut up chicken! What I like about it is that it cooks evenly so my chicken turned out perfect. I also like that you can use it in the oven up to 500 degrees. Make cornbread for an army. Use caution when moving the pan to avoid scratching the pan and your stove. It is very heavy so you will need two hands! I hate cleanup after frying but, it wan't to bad. After removing the oil I soaked it with hot water and soap. I used a soft nylon brush to clean. I let it dry before adding a little oil then wiped it out. I wish it were a little smaller and deeper.
