Soft and Cool

Very nice soft cool to touch and lightweight . Great value for the price.

Not Firm

When I chose pillows I was under the impression they were (Firm). However after sleeping on them, it is obvious they are not Firm but were placed in packaging indicating Firm. I do not like soft pillows.

Good pillow

Good neck support for a side and back sleeper and it does stay pretty cool. Good value!

not firm

I ordered because of reviews saying it was firm. I thought I got the wrong pillow cause my was not firm at all. The plastic did say firm but my head sunk down to the mattress.If anyone is looking for a truly firm pillow this is not the one.I gave it two stars cause it is cooling.

Loving this pillow so far!

I recently received this item in Firm through free promotional review and waited awhile for full review. I always tend to purchase pillows in firm because they go way too soft too soon, NOT the case with this one. I've already washed this pillow and it has maintained its firmness and shape. I've even used it without a case to see if the "cool" feature remains true, can't tell the difference. If this pillow maintains its firm support, I will definitely be buying a set or two. Pleasantly surprised.

Nice and comfortable sleep!

I love to buy another set of pillows. It is very comfortable and since i purchase this i am sleeping very well otherwise i had problems with sleep and heatache but with this pillow i am very comforable and deep sleep. I would definitely recommend this to everyone whoever has problems with neck pain and sleep.
