Not quite as labeled

Disappointed. (I see why it was marked down!) Says "Cool to the Touch, " but not that it has a plastic sheet on the inside. Should have been labeled "Waterproof/Cool to the Touch". I would not have bought this had it said so! When I removed the plastic lining, I found paper fabric between the plastic and fiber-fill that is not sewn down all the way around. Today I'll be sewing the paper fabric edges inside the mattress pad to properly seal it. COULD NOT UPLOAD files (tried jpg, then png) though less than 5MB each!
