Exactly as pictured.

This tool is great for many tasks. Besides cutting fat into flour, I always use my pastry cutter for mashed potatoes. I don’t like textureless creamed potatoes, so this allows me to control the amount of ‘rusticity’ I wish to serve. It’s also faster for me than traditional potato mashers and takes far less space to store.

Pretty good.

This pastry blender works fine. It is good if your bowl is on the smaller side, but the handle is a bit slick. A rubbery grip would be better.
