SLOPPY & CARELESS PACKAGING

Nice Merengue (White) 25.5 x 45 Bath Rug. ARRIVED DAMAGED-OILY BLACK SPOTS ON IT. No inner sleeve or wrap around the white rug to protect it. Last Act purchase but C/S working on a return and replace. Please take more care in packaging items that are prone to shipping damage. Thank you.

Absolutely Terrible Packaging

I was looking forward to receiving my rugs as I have purchased these before, however I am very disappointed in Macy's packaging. All the packaging was ripped and the rugs arrived filthy. Contemplating on getting these returned.
