Good quality

This works pretty well and I like the built in grater. The only thing I didn't like is that it slides on the counter top when you're trying to use it.

It's the perfect size and good quality. This will be an item in my kitchen that I use reguarly.

Does It All!!!!!

I got this gadget two years ago and just started using it more frequently. It has been an awesome piece to have in my kitchen gadgets collection. I would recommend it if you looking for functionality, easy clean-up and fun!

Gets the job done

This a tool that is hard to review. I don't want to discourage people from buying it, because they might be able to use it as intended. For me, that white round piece that shows in the picture is not functional. There is nothing I can fit in the little hole and finish sliding without having to stink something to keep pressing and the other hole is a handle. The same white round piece can be lifted, it has an slip resistant base that is not practical either, if you are slicing, carrots, cucumbers, and anything large, it takes a big amount of effort yo keep it in place because of the width of the bowl groove. What works for me, is to remove the slip resistant base and with my hand press down and keep the vegetable or fruit in place and run it through the blade, being very careful and slow down when coming to the end. That is when I was able to fully appreciate this mandolin. I slice onions, cucumbers, carrots, oranges, potatoes, etc,. in no time at all. So, for doing the job, I have to give it a 5 stars review. The design should be modified though, since this is not a cheap mandolin.
