Cute Shirts but Horrible Customer Service!!

I bought 3 so all my littles could match but only received part of my order. It’s been jumping through hoops to even receive information on if they’re going to refund me or send me the missing shirt (I received 2 of the 3). It’s been two weeks and I’ve had to contact them twice now with no update!
