I am actually amazed at how well this works :)

Friend of mine suggested activated charcoal, for when I have digestive issues after eating certain foods. I was hesitant, but this product was organic and I felt I should at least give it a try, especially in place of taking Tums. Wow! No side effects. Immediate relief. I only take one and I try not to take it more than once or twice a week. Great product.

It's fine. But there are others out there that have more strength than what these do.

I will never travel without these again!

We took a bottle of this on our trip to Mexico and we took them each day to help us avoid any unwanted tummy trouble. There were several people in our group that had gotten sick but no one that was taking the activated charcoal got sick at all!

I can't swallow pills

I have always had a time swallowing pills. MaryRuth solved that for me! I get a variety of her liquid vegan minerals and vitamins. I love them. I get all the vitamins and minerals I need easily. No choking etc. As an aside I saw a neighbor across the street I haven't seen in 3 months and she remarked on my skin, how smooth and glowing it is. I highly recommend these products. I just got her activated charcoal pills, but they are small so I can do them.

Great results

I love the charcoal capsules! They relieve my stomach of bloating or extra gas, especially if I eat gluten or too much wine. If you were thinking of getting it, do it!

Elderberry chewable tablets

These tabs taste great and even though I get them for my grandchildren, I can't help but take one every now and then because they taste so good and I know they keep us all healthy along with Mary Ruth's other great products like ionic zinc, charcoal, liposomal vitamin C. I can't rave enough about their products! Thanks to all at Mary Ruth's
