Worse packaging

I purchased this beautiful watch for a nephew as a present and my surprise was that the watch came by itself without a case , nor its own case . I was so disappointed because I just had to wrap it in a bag and it is a so expensive watch that should be coming with a nice proper case . Very disappointed
