Gorgeous BUT Damaged

Like all the reviews here, this bowl is aesthetically beautiful. Unfortunately, it also came with a large crack, which is disappointing. Warehouse operations / packaging needs to do better as this seems to be a consistent issue with this product. If you can buy in person I recommend because other than the fracture, the bowl is large and gorgeous looking.

Thinking I’ll stop buying from Macy’s.

I love Mason Cash bowls however the arrived both broken due to lack of shipping bubbles being placed between the two bowls. Macy’s refused to ship a replacement however provided refund. I’d rather have the bowls. Disappointed in Macy’s as they too seem to suffer from no longer proving top notch service or concern for customer satisfaction.

Gorgeous bowl; more fragile than I expected tho

This is a beautiful bowl and gorgeous collection! I did expect the bowl the be thicker/heavier. The first time I used it, the inside of bowl at bottom got scratched. I used a wire whisk though. Totally didn’t expect that. I will only use wooden spoons to mix going forward. -So heads up. I still want to get the matching batter bowl.

Broken into a lot of pieces. Looks like they would recognize how much money they're losing and correct the packaging. I would not recommend this item

Beautiful and functional

Great bowl. This one gets weekly use from me, as I use this during the bread making process. It is beautiful but also holds up well for all the kneading and mixing I do each week. Nice large size as well.

Mason cash bowl

I ordered 3 sizes. The larger one was broke in half. The middle size was cracked and the small one was chipped. All had to be returned. Very disappointing packaging. The middle size one is no longer available
