Ordered Christmas cards and this ornament weeks ago but MACY'S cannot get them to me!!! Reprehensible and inexcusably dreadful customer service!!! They now say they will be delivered on the 20th. Perfect with eons of time to thoughtfully WRITE CHRISTMAS CARDS BEFORE CHRISTMAS!!! Every other store gets things right out and MACY'S can't. I'm furious; they literally ruined my Christmas and WILL NEVER SHOP CALLOUS CARELESS INCOMPETENT MACY'S AGAIN!!!
