I don’t receive the item

I didn’t receive this order when I was waiting they said we don’t have it and we’re going to refund you money so I don’t understand why you would ask me to give you for this order I said I didn’t receive it, I don’t know where you’re sent the item? Do double check I did not see anything. Thank you!
