Bottom has no traction

I got these as I thought they were cute and should serve the purpose of just having a pair of 'run around' shoes. However, when I tried them on, they were super slippery with absolutely no traction on the bottom. Sneakers should have traction. It was not worth sending them back since I got them on clearance so I gave them away. Would not recommend and would not buy again!
