I bought this for myself as a holiday gift. It arrived on time and it had many configurations to play around with and keep me entertained. I’ve stood by this for hours watching as the cars zoom by. Would highly recommend as it is good for the price. The one problem I’ve had is that it was a slight inconvenience to find some D batteries as it delayed when I could start to use it. It is also quite loud so don’t expect it to be silent when turned on. But otherwise putting it together was relatively easy and it made my weekend. In summary it is a good product for the price with many options for creativity but can be loud and slightly inconvenient to get it going. Would recommend to anyone looking to get a big track!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dad ordered this last month and I’m so happy that I got this! I was able to build all of the configurations on my phone and the booster didn’t make a quote-unquote “squealing noise” and it was not defective.

The track is great and the box is comes in is nice as well. However, it’s so loud my boys don’t even like using the power boost.

This is a fun set with lots of pieces. The one downside is that it is extremely loud. The booster squeals. Not sure if mine is defective or not...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really, I would say this is 4.5 stars. When you purchase this toy, make sure to stock up on size D batteries. Otherwise, you're going to have some disappointed kids until you can get to the store again. Overall, this is a really nice set. There are a lot of options to choose from to make your track. You can pretty much set it up any way you want. There is an issue, however, with some of the pieces not fitting together snugly. Every now and then, this will cause a car to go flying off the track when it hits that spot. So do make sure everyone around is aware of the possibility of projectile Hot Wheels, haha! The kids absolutely loved it once we got some batteries. We've had it for two weeks and they've played with it every day, and I must have seen at least twenty different configurations of the track. They especially enjoy racing with a double track (our police car is the fastest) and lining up every single Hot Wheels car we own at the same time to see how long they can run through without crashing off the course.

It was too difficult for my 6 year old to push the pieces together and follow the correct order to make the complete track. Definitely needed parent assistance to set up. The motor outs also very loud, so just be aware.

It is so much fun and can be used by more than one kid at a time, huge plus! Being able to make multiple configurations with the track & box, was a huge hit. Once the track is turned on it is loud, but not overwhelming. The cars go super fast! They do crash & fly off the track at times, which usually causes lots of cheering/giggling in our house! This set came with two Hot Wheels race cars. There were multiple pieces of long track which help make the track longer or shorter. The box that the set came in was used as part of the track configurations. Several turns, crossover sections & multiple other pieces were also included. I was impressed that this whole set would all fit back inside of the box for storage and that the box was used as part of the track. My kids did not want to stop playing with this set. They wanted to build the larger tracks, especially one that was about 12 feet long! Hot Wheels® Track Builder Unlimited Power Boost Box Track Set requires four “D" batteries, so make sure you have those on hand. We would highly recommend this set, just make sure you have plenty of time to enjoy and enough space to make the large track configurations!

We were able to attach other pieces to it to add to it. Flexible pieces that don’t break easily and don’t hurt if you step on them. Watching the cars race and counting the laps is fun for the whole family while waiting for one to fall off! The only cons are: The directions were a little tricky for my 7 year old and the motor is pretty loud.
