Fun!
I received this product for my daughter to review. It was cute, a puppy and a Barbie but when we received it I saw that the dog came with some "dog business" and yeah that ruined it for me. I did let my daughter have the toy and she seemed confused and put the "business" to the side and played perfectly fine. Overall cute toy and my daughter did enjoy it but let's try to see if we can re-evaluate if fake dog feces is really required?

Cute Barbie and Pup toy - teaching about pets
Barbie and her pup are very cute. My 4 year old daughter really loves playing with them. It sparks a conversation about pet ownership and responsibilities but, in a playful yet educational way. The only downside is the small parts especially the puppy poo poo. They are very tiny and easily lost. Other than that it's a great toy to have as part of your Barbie collection. I received this toy as part of a promotion, however all my opinions are my own.

Great fun for kids!
My 3 year old daughter loves playing with the dog! She winds it up and follows as it walks around, granted not very far or fast! She thinks it hilarious that it poops and she has to clean it up, I think that's what is making it fun for her, plus she LOVES dogs.

Lots of fun!
This Barbie is a whole lot of fun to play with. The only down side is that Barbie can not stand on her own. The dog is a wind up toy and walks after you wind it a couple times, although he doesn’t go very far it still a lot of fun. The pooping is cute also it made my children giggle especially when they had to clean it up! I would recommend this toy to any child who loves dogs!

Cute pup!
This Barbie is as expected - cute but with a lot of little pieces. We did not have any concerns of our child eating any pieces, but our dog is a different story. The doll is very cute - simple and not too fancy. Our daughter likes the dog best. It took her a little while to get the hang of winding up the pup and tugging on the leash to make her go, but she got it eventually. She particularly likes how the dog goes poo (because what kid isn’t obsessed with poo?!) The way the dog works is just fine, however, the poo pieces are very small and roll all over. We lost one of the pieces in the first 20 minutes. Overall, nice toy. Just be prepared to keep track of tiny pieces.

Super cute Barbie
First of all, I want to mention That I love Barbies and this one so far is one of the best, not only is a toy but I think it helps girls to understand the importance of owning a pet. It is educational and fun. Material is durable and my nieces fell in love with it. They also love puppies so it was a win win situation. Nothing to complain about, GREAT & FUN product

It's just ok...
My kids are 3 and 6 years old, and we received this product to test. As a parent that has to supervise and help with this toy, I have to say that the dog could use some work. The wind mechanism is hard for my 3yo to use, but the 6yo can wind it just fine. To engage the mechanism and make the dog walk, you give a little pull on the leash. The leash is made of soft rubber, and it comes unhooked from the collar pretty often. My kids aren't yanking it off on purpose, it just comes off sort of easily. They can't get it back on by themselves. The poo for the dog are impossibly small. I had to set them aside or they'd be forever lost. They are smaller than tic tacs, and there is no way to make the stay inside the dog. If the dog gets tipped over or picked up and turned upside down, the poo falls out of the saddle bag. Kind of annoying. You push the dog's tail down to make it poo, and that seems to work just fine. So, after the novelty of a pooing toy wore off, my kids actually didn't want to make the dog poo and have Barbie clean it up. I guess cleaning up (even fake) poo doesn't appeal to them. At the end the day, they say, it's just ok. I gave it 3 stars because I don't feel like it would break very easily, so the quality is good, but the small parts will get lost unless you simply take them away and put them up.
