Order 5 days late

When I placed order it said it would come to Del Amo Store on Dec. 18th. It is now Dec. 23rd and I don't have the 2 jogger pant outfits. I wasn't able to give them to the girls today at the party. I was disappointed as much as they were, I would have not ordered had I known they weren't coming near date promised.
