Wrong Item Delivered

The pjs looked great online for my great niece. The problem wasn’t with the pjs, but with the delivery. My tracking said they would be delivered, instead I received a men’s small blazer. Definitely not what I was expecting. When I contacted Macys they said they would expedite delivery for another set of pjs. Unfortunately they were out of stock in the size I needed.

Your products do not arrive

Product never arrived. Actually, this is two products that did not arrive for the Christmas party today on December 14. They were ordered in plenty of time as a matter of fact every other company every other of the hundreds of presents that I purchased have arrived and been wrapped and are ready for the party today. The only two products that didn’t wrap are from Macys. I will not order from you again
