Got gifted this and was super excited because it looked nice and cozy. Fell apart after maybe 2 months. The canopy doesn’t stay, the fabric comes off to reveal styrofoam structure and no matter how much I tuck it back in it doesn’t stay, the straps are uneven and don’t tighten the same, and over all it’s just been falling apart. I would love a refund because this has just been a nightmare and it wasn’t exactly cheap

Wanted to love it, but my baby hates it so much.
As a first time mom, I thought the 5 in 1 was the perfect option for me. My brother bought it as a gift as he was excited to be an Uncle! I have been so disappointed, my baby absolutely hates this car seat. I just looked on the website for reviews... and realized wow... why did I not do this before?! Do not buy this. please, the stroller takes up a lot of space. My baby isn't even that big and I struggle to get him in and out of the car.... Buy something else guys

Product fell apart in 1 month
Product fell apart in a month. Purchased in July for my newborn baby and I can’t get the fabric to remain on. The foam is exposed and falls over baby’s face while driving!!!!!!!

I have had this car seat for 6 months and like many others have said the styrofoam backing has come undone and now the seat is useless. I have tried reaching out to costumer care about this but they can’t seem to respond to emails or phone calls. I would suggest shopping around for a higher quality product with a better customer care team.

Terrible
I have loved maxi Cosi brand for our swing, rocker, highchair but this car seat is terrible. My baby was only 2 months old and the car seat started falling apart. I can’t even get the fabric to go back over the styrofoam. Not only is this super dangerous and unsafe but it looks terrible. I would never recommend to anyone. I have all the connectors for our stroller and wagon for this brand - I feel like I just threw my money away!

Disappointed
Car seat cover is constantly coming off while my baby is in the car seat, hood does not stay on properly and tabs are always popping out. Have multiple times tried putting the liner back in place with a butter knife but it doesn’t last for long. Very disappointing!

Don’t buy.
Haven’t even had my seat six months and the car seat foam detached from the seat because the glue is horrible. Do not recommend
