Impossible to install

I hate this car seat with every fiber of my being. It is so difficult to install, I can never get it tight enough so I don’t feel comfortable using it to keep my child safe and had to buy a different brand. What a waste of money.

Straps no longer tighten & fabric is poor quality

I wanted to love this product but we've had several issues with the fabric & straps. The fabric piled within one month of using the seat and the straps and become less and less reliable. The straps no longer tighten and are now a safety concern for our child. We had to buy another car seat due to the safety of the straps falling off our child's shoulders every time they sat in the seat.

Bruising on child

I wanted to love this. We had the infant carrier and loved it. However this car seat leaves bruises on my child’s back. I’ve tried everything to make it stop, all off the suggestions, confirmed it is installed right and nothing is helping. And cannot get anyone to talk to me about it. Save your money!
