So glad we went with this. Went with this system and the 180 car seat base. This has been an absolute game changer. Fantastic for one baby. Easy to move from car in car seat to stroller for shopping and errands. Love the net on the bassinet/regular stroller feature. Very smooth. The magnets on the car seat shade are super weak which is my only complaint. I also soooo wish maxi cosi would come out with a double or convertible double stroller!

Unfortunate
Received the tayla travel system as a gift for my baby shower and I wanted to love it. However, I haven’t even been using the car seat for 3 months and the canopy connection came apart and will not go back in place. Also, the stroller folded on its own with my baby in the stroller. This has happened 3 times already

Awesome Stroller, Terrible Car seat
I bought this 6 months ago. We have no concerns with the stroller it works great and is an awesome purchase. The car seat on the other hand started falling apart after 3 months. The so called "Easy off Washable fabric liner" is just that easy to take off and impossible to put back on. The liner will not stay on the car seat. We also had issues with the Styrofoam insert breaking loose from the main plastic body. Check the reviews on the car seat many other people are having the same issues

Flawless Integration
We have had our boy for 2 weeks now and the ease of use for this system is incredible. I will admit to not always reading the directions but when it came time to put the car seat base into the car before he got here I found them very easy to follow. The way everything integrates together makes every bit of this system so easy to use, especially when mama is tired with all the work she has and continues to put in!

Great features, but some frustrations
Where this system truly stands out is in its canopies/covers. The 360° canopy that covers the entire bassinet is AWESOME and protects from sun, mosquitos, etc. Plus, it is super easy to use (snapping the elastic over the bassinet is fun-- it's so smooth!). Also love the rain cover. Other things that stand out include: - The dual brake levers on the stroller -- there is a red lever you can press down to stop and a green one you can press to go again. Much nicer than having just one brake and having to lift it up with your foot to release, as with other strollers. - It's very easy to assemble. My 2-year-old saw me attach the first wheel of the stroller and wanted to try attaching the others-- and he did, easily! - The load leg on the car seat inspires confidence. I read it makes a significant improvement in safety and I was happy that it doesn't take up all the floor space (as I feared). My diaper bag still has plenty of room. Unfortunately, this system falls short in a few key areas: - First, it's super frustrating to fold/unfold the stroller. This is an issue with every stroller ever, but even more so with this one. If the bassinet is attached facing backwards, it won't fold up flat. - The separate car seat attachments are worrying. If you've ever lost two small-ish pieces of plastic, then this may not be the stroller for you. - The cup holder on the stroller feels like a cheap, last minute add-on. - My toddler thinks he can ride on the bars in the front while the bassinet is facing backwards. But it's dangerous-- I hit a bump once and he face-planted. - I had a one-off experience where one carseat shoulder strap disconnected while my baby was in the seat. I don't know what happened... maybe user error or just a fluke, but the fact remains that my child was unsafe during that car ride. Learning Curve
I'm going to jump in straight to the cons. System is difficult to open and takes work to release the car seat. I'm under the impression with continuous use it'll be easier and quicker to get done. I'm also not a fan or belly bars, this is obviously subjective. Lastly, the faux leather-I'm nervous this will not wear well and eventually peel. On to the positives, this travel system is beautiful. It comes with a rain cover and cup holder. It is light weight, easy to push, and close. It has an adjustable handle bar that accommodates all members of the family. The seats are easy to clean and wipe out. Switching from car seat to toddler seat. You also have the option to schedule a virtual car seat installation, with that you can ensure you seat is installed properly. The canopy offers 360 coverage and has a mesh opening so you can ventilate and see baby. Overall this stroller hits must have boxes and gives you features you didn't know you needed or wanted. Thank you to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for gifting me this stroller to test.

Great compact travel system
Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this travel system. The Tayla travel system is a compact travel system with a lot of great features. I am going to break down my review into 2 parts. First, Let's review the Micro Luxe+ infant car seat. Pros- Lightweight, Easy to install, has a load leg for extra safety, comfortable. The privacy shade comes down pretty far for extra privacy. There is built in ventilation, which has been wonderful living in a hot climate. The car seat base has everything numbered, which made it very easy to know where each part was during the install. Being able to loosen the straps was easy. Cons- You have to re-thread the straps to adjust strap height. Re-threaded took a few minutes. The release button to release car seat from base or stroller is in awkward position and you can't do a release one handed. Now We will review the Tayla stroller. Pros- Compact, it looks stylish. It moves and turns very smoothly. The brakes are easy to use. Easy to assemble. Very easy to make the seat lay flat. It was easy to transition from using the stroller with the car seat with my 3.5 month old to using the stroller seat with my 1.5 year old. The sun shade actually provided shade because it was big. The storage basket has a high weight limit if you need to put something heavy in it. Cons- Buckle wasn't easy to use. It took me a few minutes to figure out the buckle. You have to rethread straps which was not easy. Storage basket was a little small. The biggest con for me was it was not easy to unfold or to fold. If I am in a hurry I want something that is very easy to fold/unfold. Overall, this is a good travel system. It is compact when folded and easy to assemble. The only huge negative was how difficult it was to fold and unfold. For the price, it should be easier to fold/unfold. I loved how easy and smooth it was to lay down the stroller seat.
