I’ve only had this bag for 6 days, tonight makes about my 4th time using it and the strap comes completely off! I’m so glad I had it cross body because if not it could’ve fallen off my arm and I not knew it! Cute bag though but I’m definitely returning it.🥹

I really wish I could give a lower rating. This purse is so cheap! Bought for a gift for Christmas and it broke right away! The strapped broke as she was shopping. So embarrassing!

This crossbody is a very poor quality the straps came off of it as soon as I put it across my body doesn't look like they were ever sewn on.

The material is cheap and the straps are plastic. I’m surprised it has a DKNY logo on it.

Cute, but really don't like straps....

This bag is ok.. It's good for an all day outing because it fits most of your essentials. It cute and functional and I do like the quilted design. I only gave it 3 stars because I am not a fan of the straps. They are too thin and really cheapen the look of the bag overall. I wish they were removable so I could put my own guitar strap on it. I would recommend this if you are not picky about your bag straps.
