Disappointed... have not received

I am unable to rate this as I never received the order, I contacted the company about the order as i did not receive notification of delays, they responded that the order is in transit and I should get it on Feb 18, it was supposed to be delivered on Feb 16...which threw off my plans to have it by the 18th for a birthday gift, when I expressed my disappointment, they sent some silly email stating that I should receive it between 18-21st, and had the nerve to tell me they appreciate my patience, I am so annoyed with this process and will cancel the order that I never received... so disappointing. It's the lack of courtesy that is frustrating. No follow up on delays, seems that they are not even sure.
