I use the daily Turmeric

I use the daily Turmeric blend with lemon and water in the morning. It helps with elimination throughout the day. I definitely see a differences on days when I use it and days when I don't. I like the tart cherry ingredients and it tastes pretty good with the lemon.

Great blend of turmeric and pepper, needed for absorption (and can't taste the pepper). I use it in smoothies and no harsh aftertaste which I sometimes get if using too much fresh turmeric. Thank you, MegaFood!
