These chews are soft and

These chews are soft and the taste is mild. Elderberry has been great to keep my immunity boosted. Although they state that they may be taken on an empty stomach, they made me nauseous if I didn’t take them with food.

Any of the Mega Food

Any of the Mega Food products are by far my favorite supplements. I especially liked the Elderberry Immune Support Gummies. I have noticed that I do not have as much difficulty with allergies since I started taking the Elderberry Gummies. I have been taking Mega Food supplements for a number of years and they have certainly made a impact on my health.
