I found the only supplements

I found the only supplements that ACTUALLY raise my alarmingly low levels are the MegaFood ones. I don't have to guess which foods to eat to get Vitamin D, I can just pop one of their high quality vitamins and continue to eat my healthy low animal protein diet. Don't have to sit out in the sun and risk skin cancer either.
