I thought it would sound cuter

The voice saying the letters is lower than I expected and not very emotive. The audio is also fuzzier than I hoped. However, the puzzle and pieces feel well made.

Great for toddlers

Great learning tool for toddlers. While its annoying to have a bunch of pieces around the house, when the kids actually engage and play with this puzzle it is great for learning. Hand eye coordination and matching correct placement while learning letters etc. Great for every household.

Terrific puzzle

We got this puzzle for my toddler to help learn and practice his alphabet. He loves the sounds it makes to help hear the words and the selection of alphabet pairings were thought through very nicely. Same quality I expect and have experienced with other Melissa & Doug products.
