Poor quality broke on day one

We bought this for my son for Christmas. The door is already falling off and the back is coming off. It's day two. I'm very dissatisfied. He loves Blues Clues and we love Melissa and Doug so I'm sad that this product is so poorly made.

Started falling apart day 1

We purchased this mailbox because my toddler just became obsessed with Blue's Clues and he LOVES it. The problem is, the base started falling off the same day we bought it and now (day 2) the screw on the door's plastic hinge has popped off the door. Neither are a surprise since the base wasn't level to begin with (rocking on a flat surface) and the door takes a bit of effort to open and close. We superglued the base back on, but there isn't much we can do about the hinge. Very disappointed as we usually love our Melissa & Doug products.

Disappointed

I purchased this item for my 2 year old grandson for Christmas. I was so disappointed. There isn't anyway my grandson can open the mailbox by himself. It was even difficult for me to open. Needless to say, he never plays with it.
