Other occasion to buy:It was cardboard, very easy to put together and durable, my 2 year grandson, loves these, and especially stacking them and jumping off them, he weighs about 30 lbs and has not tore one up yet. Very durable.

2nd generation purchase

My kids loved these blocks so I bought again for grandson and he loves them too. They are even more substantial than a generation ago and a timeless form of energy expenditure.

Other occasion to buy:The Blocks need to be built first and you need to follow the Instructions to do so which aren't too difficult to follow.

Our Toddler wasn't too interested in these Blocks, that are somewhat easy to put together with directions. Not too bad. He does go get them sometimes. We really thought he would be more interested in them, I think us Adults liked them better. lol

Never to old to play with great building blocks

I bought these for my 6 year old. We are using them to build a big wall and she uses her paw patrols to act out different ways that the paw Patrol roll plays. We are also using I g the blocks to put on puppet shows. She has so much fun and ideas onusing the blocks. When she wants a little reading time she builds the wall for more privacy. Her imagination action has developed even more since receiving (5) five boxes full of building blocks. Never to old to play with these great gems.
