Great for preschoolers

We love this calendar. My daughter likes to help assemble the calendar each month. She already knows her days of the week and some months. This month she's been counting down to her third birthday and it's been great for her to visually see the days pass. My one complaint with this calendar is the Daylight Savings magnets. They seem to be opposite of what we do when we change the clocks. Fall back when it ends, the magnet has a forward arrow for falling back.

It's awesome!

We bought this product for our 6 year old because he was getting frustrated he could not remember when upcoming events were. He loves this calendar because he can not only see what day it is, but he can also add events coming up and speak of past events that happened such as losing a tooth (with the cue of the calendar). The pieces are wonderful and he gets excited when he gets to add more pieces of upcoming events.

Great learning tool

My toddler handles activities better when he knows they're coming. This allows us to talk about upcoming activities and be expecting them. I wish there was a way to mark each school day, church or maybe blank magnets for our own thing. I know it's dry erase but he can't read yet and benefits from the colorful picture magnets.
