This was a gift for a 4 year old girl. She didn't seem interested. I was disappointed because I always look for Melissa & Doug toys. Maybe she will warm up to it later. I'm not sure she knows what a veterinarian is.
I wasn't sure what came with when ordering, as it looked like maybe just the smock, but it also came with a small animal and stethoscope and the mask and cap. My granddaughter will love it!
My grandchildren use this not only takes care of their animals, but also uses the costume to play doctor, and take care of the family
