Fun set but the cars are the weak point.

Very fun set that my kid loves. Simple yet entertaining. Unfortunately one of the cars stopped working after about 3 months of play. Based on other reviews it seems that is the case for other customers as well and that replacement cars are not available without buying the whole set again. That’s too bad and surprising from a quality company such as Melissa and Doug.

Car Puzzle Toy

I just played with this puzzle with my grandson, and it was extraordinary. We found all the puzzle pieces, then wound up the cars, and couldn't stop laughing. It was so funny to watch the cars race around the track, and even funnier when one car pushed another. This is a wonderful toy, has given us more than a year of enjoyment and learning.

Junk cars

Received as a gift and the cars are junk. Great idea but the wheels only turn very sporadically.

Puzzle good, cars bad

Great puzzle. Very popular with toddlers. But very poor quality cars. First the blue one broke then the other. The wind up mechanisms seem particularly vulnerable. Kids puts puzzle together then cars don't work - defeats the purpose! Tried calling the 800 number but no one in and there is no opportunity to leave a message. Come on Melissa and Doug!

Useful for therapy but the cars stopped working :/

Love this puzzle for our pediatric therapy clinic; so many kids love to watch the cars race around the track! Unfortunately, the cars have stopped working and we have so many disappointed faces now in our clinic. Hopefully Melissa and Doug can sell replacement wind-up cars without having to buy the whole puzzle again because I would love some back-ups!

Our family loves this puzzle! Please help settle a debate for us - is the spotted animal on the right side of the puzzle intended to be a leopard or a jaguar?

So fun!

I bought this for my toddler and I to do something while we are home. Less to say we both have loved it! We have re built this puzzle twice already! The container is also great for putting it back and keeping the parts together

Good idea, poor quality

My son got this as a Christmas gift and we love the concept, but as many others have said the cars are not good quality. The blue car broke within an hour of my son playing with it. Very disappointed little boy in my house.
