Disappointed

So this one is with animal sounds, but the sound are so poor and it's start to sing in the middle of the night without sameone to tache it. So really disappointed

Please give me a call at 800 284 3948. I would love to speak with you and help you with this right away! Here are a few tips about our sound puzzles. Our sound puzzles are light activated. Once new batteries have been installed, it is best to use your puzzle in a brightly lit room. When you remove a puzzle piece from the board you will see a little circle - that is the light sensor. Once the sensor has been exposed to light, you will hear the sound when you replace the puzzle piece back into the board. Best, Carrie

This is a favorite!

This is an awesome puzzle! Well made, colorful, great knobs for young child hands, and age appropriate challenge to get the piece in the right spot! Also provides opportunity to teach child name of animals and sounds they make. My granddaughter likes to take a knobbed piece in each hand and pound them together cymbal-style and they take the beating. M and D should be proud of this great child development supporting toy!
