Arrived with pieces warped and covered in powder!

My grandson opened this puzzle and loved it, HOWEVER, it was covered with a white powder that got over everything! (the plastic was still on the box when opened) His clothes, hands and the table all had a fine white powder from the pieces, Also, a number of the pieces were warped, making it difficult to put the puzzle together. I bought it several months ago and saved it until his birthday, so unfortunately, the return window has closed. Unhappy!

Dynamic Dinosaurs in a floor puzzle.
