2 pieces in the puzzle were missing!

I bought this for my 5 year old nephew and he loved putting the puzzle together until he got to the end when 2 puzzle pieces were missing. They also duplicated 1 puzzle piece twice. The box was sealed and unopened so it had to be a manufacturer error. I will need to return.

Pieces don’t fit well together

We have had this puzzle several years and I love the colors and the fact that Siuth America, Africa and Australia are each one piece. However, the pieces are not designed to make it easy to keep the puzzle together. Even the exterior pieces come apart because they are different lengths and widths. It’s a lovely but frustrating puzzle.
