Great but...

I've been using this for years, it is the only thing that helps me sleep. I've tried so many things and none work. The only thing I don't like is it does absolutely nothing for weight loss it claims it will do something to your metabolism and melt your fat at night it does nothing for that at all it just helps me fall asleep a lot faster.

Doesn't work for me

I tried this in the hopes that it would help me sleep through the night as I wake up almost hourly. I followed the instructions to take for 5 days then have a 2 day break and experienced no change after using for several weeks.

Life Changing!!

Melt PM has been a life changing supplement for me! Definitely helps—and no grogginess!

I started by taking one, as needed, instead of the two capsules recommended in the serving size to see how my body reacted. I don’t take it every night, but I think I could. I don’t have any grogginess the next day as I’ve experienced with other products. I only take it when I know I really need some good sleep because it helps me stay asleep. The capsules are easy to swallow.
