Jacket too small!

Son was disappointed that his normal size in a jacket is XL, however it’s too tight in the shoulder. Am trying to figure refund process out! Having trouble!

An iconic 80's outerwear staple

As a guy in my 20's, I love 80's fashion (anything 80's really) and this type of jacket is one of my favorites. It looks great and fits for almost every occasion. It personally fits my own style. Ordered a burgundy one in a small size and it doesn't run too small. Perfect fit for me personally. The color is gorgeous as well. I have another one in black with the Atari label when it had a limited run on the Atari website. Anyways, I'm highly satisfied with this jacket and purchase. Got a pretty good deal on this site.
