Probably works
I am skeptical of the efficacy of the product. I think it helped, but it could be placebo or other lifestyle factors. It’s hard to know if these ingredient are well sourced. No side effects though so that’s good. I will continue use as I believe my symptoms have reduced.

Helping me feel good
I have been using both Estro-Life and Progestro-Life creams for about a year. I’m 58 years old and trying to manage various menopause symptoms and thanks to these two products I am feeling pretty good! Specific example: At night my upper lateral thighs hurt. I would lay in bed and turn over like a rotisserie chicken, trying to get comfortable. I ruled out anything muscular or joint related, and then read that it might be low estrogen. At the time I was only using a half dose of Estro-Life, and when I started using a half dose in the morning and another half dose at bedtime that nighttime leg pain went away! If you are on the fence about these products, give them a try.

Been using this for a few years now and it is truly a life saver!! Hardly any hot flashes if any and no waking up in a complete sweat!

Works like a charm!
I've been using this menopause support complex for a year and it really works for me. No more hot flashes or any of the gross symptoms I was having. If I stop taking it, I notice. 1 capsule a day is all it takes.

Have used this for several months and I love it! When I was dealing with a horrible cold I stopped taking supplements and I felt the loss of this one for sure! When I'm on it regularly I feel like my thinking is clearer and I feel better in general♡

Works for me!
I have been using this Menopause Support product for a couple years. I have it on Auto-ship! I tried several other products and decided this was the best for me for Hot flashes and mood swings. I take it in the evening after dinner along with a Turmeric (helps with inflammation ) and ginger supplement.
