Cartier Edition noir

Nightmare shipping with Macys

This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever received. The product was supposed to be delivered on 11/15 and was not due to the delivery company not understanding the address, this address format has never had any issues in the past. I contacted the delivery company and it’s been a week and I have not heard anything back. I contacted Macys customer service to help but they keep telling me that they cannot help unless the package has not been delivered by the date provided by the delivery company (who has not reached back out to concerning the “incorrect address”) so now I’m sitting duck for a week until the package is “delivered”
