TIMBERLAND BOOTS ARE ICONIC,TIMELESS, AND AMAZING.

The boots are extremely stylish and fit well with a plethora of different outfits. The waterproof feature is also amazing. I have gotten soo many compliments wearing these and will buy another pari.

Great Customer Service

Jakayla at the Saint Louis Galleria store went above and beyond with her exceptional customer service skills. I initially was not going to purchase anything because these boots were not in my size in the stockroom, but she informed me that she could order my size through some type of 3rd party vendor system. When my boots were delivered to me by USPS, they had some type of strange green residue on them from the box. I asked that the boots be exchanged for a new pair that was clean, but unfortunately there were no more in my size. Rather than just refund my money, Jakalya offered to clean the boots for me. Not only did she lock in the sale of the boots, but she also convinced me to purchase the suede cleaner that she used on the boots. This high level of customer service is rarely seen nowadays. Finish Line/Macy's truly has a gem on their staff.

Why would I buy these?

The price has gone up and quality has gone down. These the same easily scuffed, same simple design, cheaply made tims. If you're smart you would spend your money on some real boots.
