I experienced repeated problems with the clasp and locking mechanism ever since getting the bracelet. It kept coming loose and falling off my wrist. I brought it back to macy’s and the person there tried to fix it, but the same thing happened after a few weeks. I then got the bracelet replaced with a new one (macys said it was a one-time courtesy because 30 days had passed), but within a few weeks of getting the replacement bracelet, the same thing started happening. I had to go to a jeweler and pay to have it fixed. The jeweler said this bracelet is made poorly and prone to this sort of thing.
Macys lost my package
I'm sure I'd like it but macys lost my order and their response was this automated message. "Thank you for your recent inquiry concerning your order. After careful consideration of your claim, we regret to inform you that your request for credit or reshipment has not been approved. As a retailer, we must balance the needs of our customers with the responsibility of protecting our business and our brand. Therefore, we are upholding our decision. While the outcome of this matter may be disappointing, we hope you understand the logic behind it."
Looks great but its cheaply made
Give it a 2 for looks but it feels cheap and I only had it for 2 days and it broke on me. Glad it happened within the return period and will be getting a full refund.

Unfortunately the clip would not stay connected and so we have to return it. It looks very nice and it’s very lightweight which my husband liked.
