I ordered 2 different sizes

I ordered 2 different sizes of the same jeans. I am normally a 31 waist and either a 31x34 or 31x32, depending on how the length runs. I ordered a 31x32 and 31x34. When I tried them on, it was as if the waist was at least 2 sizes too big!

Wrong Size

Ordered a size 31/34 and received 36/32. Received the order and put it away. Just now opening package. What terrible customer service. NOT what I would expect from Macy’s!
