weird fitting

weird fitting, the green color is too green and not how it appears to be on the picture. My item came without tag but the main reason why I send it back was because of the fitting, it’s too tight and too long…. And the material is a bit scratchy. Didn’t like it at all! And I was surprised to get something of such quality from MACY’S….
