Little disappointed

I’m receiving a text asking how I like the shirt, yet I’ve not received it. It’s been 4 weeks, a phone call to Macys, and an hour drive to pick up what was not there though told it was. This has been a very frustrating experience with the delivery portion. Everyone from Macy’s has been polite, but still no shirt.
