Stainless Steel Cross

I am seriously disappointed with my multiple item purchases from Macy's. I will never shop on their online store again because guaranteed your items will come either damaged or broken. Crazy because in-store they always package any jewelry I've gotten very carefully. They apparently throw all caution out the window when packaging these items. The Coach watch was at least wrapped in bubble wrap, no case or nothing. This cross came with a broken chain carelessly packaged and Idk What kind of stainless steel that is because it's scratched up. Also the earrings I bought came in a a package that looked like someone tried to rip open. The back part of both earrings was completely bent. These will gifts for family for my wedding on Friday. Macy's dropped the ball big time on this. I will make sure to tell anyone and everyone that shops there, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON MACY'S ONLINE STORE. I repeat they don't package or give a jewelry box for your items. It's will end up damaged.

Beautiful item but poorly made.

It is a very nice looking piece, but I wore it once and the claw hasp seemed to have lost it's spring strength and wouldn't close. I took it back to the store and couldn't get help or return it because I didn't have the original packaging. This was within the first week. A week later, I had a different chain to use but when I went to feed it through the cross the piece that attaches the cross to the piece that the chain goes through came off. Beautiful piece but I would stay away.

Terrible Quality

This is such a lovely piece, my son absolutely loved it. However, the loop and connector that connects the chain to the cross was poorly made and broke within a few months. I purchased another, because he loved the style so much, but that one came broken. If the quality of the connector were improved, this would be a great piece.
