Zero Stars

I could not give a review on the chain because I received a bracelet not a chain. I contacted customer service and was told I would have to mail back the bracelet and repurchase the chain. I asked if I would be able to go to a store for an exchange and that could not be done. Isn’t shopping online supposed to be convenient for the customer? How it is convenient to get the incorrect item and the store can even return the item. This was supposed to be a birthday gift!! I am very unhappy with my service!
